Counselling is an opportunity for you to be really listened to. My job is to be
there with you, really hear you, care, support you and sometimes bounce things back to you, which can often result in us making links from the past to what is happening in the present.
Most commonly, our past experiences can have a huge impact on our current thoughts, feelings and behaviour as well as our relationships, which all too often result in difficulties with our significant others.

Life can sometimes be hard and this can cause us to feel overwhelmed and anxious.
This can be due to unexpected circumstances happening in our lives...things beyond our control, or sometimes things that we can control, but find it difficult to change.
During these times, we could all do with a little extra help. Help from someone who's on our side, who can understand where we are and who can give us what we need to manage the feelings we are having and work towards positive change.
COUPLES THERAPY

Relationships can be hard. and sometimes they are easy. And then they are hard again. During difficult times, I can be with you as a couple and support you both in getting what you both need from each other and what the relationship needs to get back on track. I can help navigate the choppy waters and facilitate difficult conversations. I have worked with many couples whose relationships have hugely benefited from couples therapy.

Whether this is due to personal crisis, behaviour issues or for personal development, I can help you to work through your difficulties by being with you in your storm and working with you to calm the waters.
Together we can uncover the problems and adjust thinking/decisions/patterns of behaviour etc accordingly.
