Passionate About Inspiring Others

Thank you for visiting my website.

I am a professionally trained, experienced therapist. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I follow their ethical framework.   I work with individuals and couples.  I have a special interest in psychosexual issues and have undertaken many courses in preparation for a diploma in psychosexual and relationship therapy which I start in June this year.

My reason for training to be a counsellor was due to my own experience of how powerful counselling can be when in a personal crisis. My own life went through a very turbulent time some years ago with a variety of life issues happening in a relatively short space of time. I was completely overwhelmed and needed an anchor. My therapy not only enabled me to cope with what was happening at the time but gave me the tools to help me cope with future situations. I also gained a huge amount of self-awareness of my past and how this affects my everyday life, from dealing with stress, and my style of resolving conflicts to how I function in relationships.

Now I would like to help others, in the same way, that counselling helped me.
